Exterior
From the outside, Rambler Tempe is finally starting to take shape. Windows are in, giving the building a more finished look, and trees are even starting to pop up on the amenity decks.
Interior and Units
Inside, you can finally picture what living here will feel like. Floors are going in, cabinets are being installed and kitchens are starting to get their backsplashes. Some units are really beginning to look move-in ready! Even the elevators are being finished so you won’t be stuck on the stairs.
Amenity Areas
The spaces you’ll spend the most time in, from the pool deck to the lounges, are beginning to look like the hangout spots they’ll soon be. The pool deck on level 14 is already taking shape, and amenity areas like the fitness center, co-working spaces and lounges are starting to come together. You can start to see how these spaces will actually be used, whether that’s late night study sessions, hanging out with friends or summer pool days with mountain views in the background.
With the exterior close to complete and the inside moving fast, Rambler Tempe is hitting every milestone right on schedule. Each month, the building feels less like a construction site and more like the apartments you’ll actually call home next fall.
Move-in will be here before you know it, and we can’t wait to welcome our first residents in August 2026!
