Yes! You don’t need to be in the U.S. to secure your spot at Rambler. You can complete your application, sign your lease and submit documents remotely.

All Rambler units come fully furnished, so you won’t need to worry about shipping furniture or shopping for a bed the week you land. Just bring your personal belongings and move right in.

Rambler is located at 1020 E. Apache Blvd., just steps from ASU’s Tempe campus. Most residents can walk to class in under 10 minutes, which makes it easy to get to lectures, the library and campus resources without needing a car.

Rambler sits near ASU’s Tempe campus and the Valley Metro Light Rail. You can walk to campus, bike around Tempe, use rideshare or take the light rail to explore the broader Tempe and Phoenix area.

Yes! Rambler offers individual leases only, meaning you’re only responsible for your own rent. You won’t be held accountable for a roommate’s portion if something changes, which gives you one less thing to stress about during your first year in a new country.

Rambler offers a limited number of Early White Glove Move-In spots on July 24, 2026 for residents who need to settle in before the fall semester. Additional White Glove Move-In days will be available in August 2026, with exact dates to be announced.

All residents can move in by August 14, 2026. If timing is a concern, reach out to our team early because spots fill up fast.

Many student apartments require a guarantor, which is usually a parent, guardian or another person who agrees to be financially responsible if rent is not paid. If you do not have a U.S.-based guarantor or credit history, ask the leasing team what alternative options may be available before applying.

You may need to provide a passport, visa or immigration documents, I-20, proof of enrollment and financial documentation.

Requirements can vary, so confirm what you need with the leasing team before you apply.
