Location
The Carmin is off of Apache Boulevard about a half mile from ASU’s campus and a mile and a half from Mill Avenue District. It’s close to on-campus buildings such as The MU and the Sun Devil Fitness Complex.
The Carmin has three on-site retail vendors and is near CVS, Honey 2 A Bee, El Paisano Restaurant, Sale’s, Someburros and Dutch Bros Coffee.

Amenities
The Carmin offers several amenities to its residents including a fitness center with cardio suite and indoor/outdoor circuit training, a rooftop pool, study areas and podcast rooms.
Parking

If you plan on bringing a car to campus, The Carmin has onsite parking. As of June 2025, these spots are available on a first come, first serve basis for an additional monthly fee of $160.

The Carmin offers floorplan options ranging from 1×1 to 4×4. Each apartment comes fully-furnished with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and Wi-Fi.
As of publication in June 2025, monthly rental rates ranged from $1199 to $1,949 depending on the floor plan. These rates are subject to change. Due to the tiered system student apartments use, most apartments raise their rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed. The Carmin is a pet friendly community. As of June 2025, residents who decide to bring pets will be responsible for a one-time pet deposit fee of $350 and a recurring monthly fee of $25.
