Business Development & Sales

At the front line of our sales and marketing efforts at each property, you’ll utilize your connections, problem solving skills, and go-getter attitude. Whether you are involved in a club, athletic team, or Greek life, utilizing your contacts will be key in sourcing leads, networking, and finding partnership opportunities for the property.

Marketing & Social Media

Are you fluent in all things Instagram and TikTok? Are you comfortable appearing on camera? As an LMA, you will help inform content for our social media pages and website. You will promote our Brand Ambassador events, programming, and services to our future residents and encourage participation in the community. You’ll be the face of Rambler and represent our property at on-campus events.

Rambler is currently under construction at 1020 E Apache Blvd Tempe, AZ. It will open in August 2025. You will work out of our leasing office located at 699 S. Mill Ave., Ste. 112 Tempe, AZ.
