Lobby & Common Areas

The lobby is nearing its final look and feel, reflecting the atmosphere residents will experience from day one. Accent walls are up, lighting installations are underway, and permanent furniture pieces are being placed throughout the lobby and the 2nd-floor study mezzanine. The USPS mailroom is being set up, and Luxor lockers are being installed so residents have a secure, convenient way to receive packages.

Wood detailing is being added to the stairwell between floors 1 and 2, and all three elevators are now fully operational with tiling complete in the lobbies. Wood finishing in the elevator lobby is currently in progress, pulling the look of the building’s main thoroughfares together.
