Known for her music-driven, high-energy sculpt, Abby is a certified yoga instructor who teaches at CorePower Yoga and is the founder of The Nomad Yoga Studio, a local pop-up studio that turns workouts into memorable community moments.
Her classes blend yoga, strength training and cardio into a full-body workout for all levels, with intentional sequencing, movement to the beat and playlists that make you forget you’re even working out. Abby brings intentional movement designed to build community, leaving you feeling better than when you walked in.
