Off-Site Check-In
To limit traffic around Rambler, we are hosting off-site check in at the Graduate by Hilton Tempe.
- You must check-in at the Graduate before arriving at Rambler. You will receive a DashPass at the Graduate that is required to move-in to Rambler.
- If you arrive at Rambler without your DashPass, you will not be allowed to move-in and be sent to the Graduate for move-in.
- At your designated move-in time, pull into one of two parking lots at the Graduate:
- A) Smaller lot on the left side of the building at the intersection of S Forest Ave and Apache Blvd
- B) Larger lot at the corner of Apache and S College Ave.
- Note: Use code ____ at the kiosk to validate parking fee.
- Once parked, head into the Graduate lobby. Turn RIGHT toward the first elevator and go to Level 2.
- Turn RIGHT towards the Hayden Ballroom.
- Our team will ask for your ID, verify that you’ve completed your move-in checklist, and provide your move-in packet with keys and your DashPass!
Drive to Rambler
After you’ve picked up your move-in packet and keys, you’ll drive straight to Rambler via the directions below.
- Exit the parking lot and head straight down Apache Blvd until you reach 1020 Apache Blvd (Rambler!)
- Make a U-Turn to safely pull into the parking garage.
- Note: Pull into the first parking garage entrance, not the second.
Unloading at Rambler
- Once you’ve reached Rambler, you’ll enter the unloading line, located in the parking garage.
- You will give the DashPass you received at the Graduate to the professional movers who will unload your car and bring your belongings to your unit.
- After your car is unloaded, just park your car and head to your unit!
Please note: You may only bring one car through the move-in line.
The White Glove
Move-in Process
July 24 and August 14
- At your designated move-in time, pull into the move-in line, located on Apache Blvd.
- Once you’ve pulled into the move-in line, our team will ask for your ID, verify that you’ve completed your move-in checklist, and provide your move-in packet with keys!
- Professional movers will meet you at your car, unload all of your items from your car, and transport them to your unit for you. After your vehicle is unloaded, you will move out of the check-in line and park.
- Enjoy free Daydreamer from 8am – 4pm, plus water stations.
- End the day at our parents’ welcome happy hour at Daydreamer from 4pm – 6pm.
Self Move-in Day
- If you signed up for Standard Move-in, please arrive at Rambler during leasing office hours to pick up your keys.
- Monday – Friday: 10am – 6pm
- Saturday: 11am – 4pm
- Sunday: 1pm – 4pm
- You will still need to complete everything on your move-in checklist before you can pick up your keys.
Move-in Time Assignments
All unit numbers are formatted as Unit Number-Bedspace. For example, if your unit assignment is 523-A, then your unit number is 523 and your bedspace is bedroom A.
The first number of your unit assignment is indicative of the floor your unit is on. For example, if your unit number is 523, you’re on floor 5.
Move-in times vary by floor, so please look closely as to which time slot applies to you.
These times apply to both white glove move-in days – July 24 and August 14.

Move-in Day FAQs
We will be offering white glove move-in services on July 24 and August 14. No heavy lifting and back-and-forth in the Arizona heat on move-in day! Professional movers will meet you at your car, unload all of your items from your car, and transport them to your unit for you. All you have to do is park the car, grab your keys, and head straight to your unit!
If you signed up to move in on July 24 or August 14, participation in the white glove move-in service is required. This process helps us manage the high volume of move-ins and ensures a smooth, efficient experience for everyone.
Due to the large number of students moving in and to ensure a smooth move-in, these are the only times available. In order to keep move-in day moving as smoothly as possible, we will not be able to accommodate you outside of your assigned move-in time.
It is important to show up at your scheduled move-in time so that we can accommodate all residents. If you show up outside of your move-in window, you may be asked to come back at a later time.
Rent installments are due on the 1st of each month and considered late at 11:59pm on the 3rd. A $50 late charge will be added to your portal account.
Additionally, you will not be able to receive your keys until the August balance on your Resident Portal has been paid.
Yes! If you have a parking pass with Rambler, you can park in the garage during white glove move-in. You will be able to move in and out of the garage if needed.
If you do not have parking at Rambler added to your lease, you may park in the Rambler garage only during move-in hours. You may not park in the garage overnight or on other days other than the white glove move-in days.
The resident or guarantor are the only people that can pick up keys. If the guarantor is picking up keys, the resident must let the leasing office know in writing prior to move-in day. If you intend to have your guarantor pick up your keys, please notify us at [email protected]. Your guarantor must present a photo ID at pick up.
We will have Rambler staff located around the building to assist. They will be dressed in Rambler shirts!
No, please do not bring a U-Haul through the move-in line.
Due to the large number of tenants moving in, please only bring two people with you to assist with move-in.
We ask that you only bring one car with your belongings – our movers will unload your vehicle in the moving line!
Office hours during move-in will be:
Monday-Friday: 10am – 6pm
Saturday: 11am – 4pm
Sunday: 1pm – 4pm
Please fill out a Maintenance Request on your Resident Portal.
Please note: we are unable to respond to or manage maintenance requests via text or DM. All maintenance requests must be submitted using the methods described above.
For emergency maintenance requests, please call the main line at 520-473-5207. During office hours, you will report the emergency to the staff. After hours, select the emergency maintenance request option.
Trash should be placed in the trash chutes available on each floor. Please do not put cardboard down the shoot or it will clog and back up trash for the whole property. Instead, please break your boxes down and leave them in the trash room. Do not leave your empty packaging in the mail room, this makes it difficult for other residents to find their packages!
Packages cannot be delivered to Rambler until move-in day, so please do not have any mail sent until after this date.

Access the Resident Portal
The resident portal is your hub to all things Rambler. In the portal, you can pay your balance owed, submit a maintenance request, or contact the property. You can always find the resident portal link at the top right of the Rambler website.
All units come furnished with:
- Deadbolt door lock
- Smart television
- Sofa
- Accent chair (select unit types)
- Full-sized washer and dryer
- Stainless steel kitchen appliances
- Roller blinds on each window
- Entertainment stand
- Coffee table (select unit types)
All bedrooms come furnished with:
- Full-sized bed and mattress
- Two (2) under-bed/stackable dresser drawers
