How to Book Your Service

Log into your Resident Portal.
Navigate to Important Links on the left menu.
Select “Book Resident Services”.
Choose your preferred date, then select your service!
Fill out the quick details, and you’re set! You’ll receive a confirmation email once you’re booked.

Location & Booking Policies

The Beauty Studio is located on the 5th floor, Unit 523.

Availability

Spots are strictly first-come, first-served, so we recommend booking your appointment ahead of time!

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We ask that you respect our provider’s time and fellow residents:

48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee: If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, a $30 fee will be applied directly to your resident account.

How to Prepare for Your Service

To ensure the best results and a smooth experience, please follow these simple pre-service tips:

Arrive Clean: Please arrive with a clean face, free of eye makeup, mascara, strip lash glue, or heavy skin products.
Avoid Oil-Based Products: Refrain from using oil-based cleansers or heavy eye creams for 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Skip the Caffeine: Try to avoid heavy caffeine right before lash or brow treatments to keep your eyes relaxed and still during application.
Contacts: If you wear contact lenses, we recommend wearing glasses or bringing a contact case/solution to remove them before your lash service.
