The Pothos

The Pothos is the largest 3×3 choice, at 1,231 square feet. The Pothos floorplan is a one-of-a-kind-unit, and is only located on the 8th floor. With the advantage of the open space, there is more open space for roommates to come together for football weekends, collaborative study sessions, or simply relaxing in this spacious arrangement.
This arrangement, which is located on the eighth floor, blends access and solitude, providing you with a strong sense of separation from campus while still allowing you to use the greatest amenities in the building.
Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, providing convenient access for winding down. The main goals of this layout are to maximize shared living experiences, elevated style, and space.
The Paseo

At 1,112 square feet, The Paseo is the second biggest 3×3 floor plan of the four.
The Paseo includes a spacious kitchen and living common area that is on the left side of the bedrooms, whereas the bedrooms are down the hallway on the right. Each bedroom is accompanied with its own ensuite bathroom. This layout is designed for students who desire privacy to create, host, and unwind.
The Palm

The Palm is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment designed for ultimate balance. At 1,068 square feet, The Palm is in the middle of the four 3×3 floor plans.

The Prairie Rose

Unit Size and Layout
The largest of the units is the Pothos, followed by the Paseo, the Palm and the Prairie Rose. The largest difference between the four is 189 square feet.
All units have plenty of space for three roommates with private bedrooms, private bathrooms and open living and kitchen areas in each.
Each unit features a couch, coffee table, accent chair, wall-mounted smart TV and an entertainment stand in the living room.
All units have full-sized washer and dryers and stainless steel kitchen appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and glass-top stove.
