Rambler Tempe Construction Update: January 2026

January 2026 marks another major milestone at Rambler Tempe, now just seven months from opening. With steady construction progress over the fall and key features like windows, lighting, and flooring already in place, we’re starting to see the full shape of the building take form, inside and out.

And have you heard? We’re now offering early move-in as soon as July 24—giving some residents the chance to settle in ahead of the fall semester. Explore our available floor plans to find the space that fits your lifestyle.

Exterior

Rambler Tempe officially topped out on May 22, 2025, marking a key construction milestone and reaching its peak height. Exterior finishes are progressing steadily across the site, with all windows installed and exterior paneling going up.

Interior and Units

Flooring, cabinetry, and appliances are now installed across much of the building, with cabinetry complete through Floor 15, flooring finished through Floor 12, and appliances installed through Floor 8.

Bathrooms are also nearing final completion, with tilework and lighting fixtures going in units throughout the building.

Amenity Areas

From study rooms to wellness areas, Rambler Tempe’s amenities continue to progress. Drywall is now fully in place throughout the lobby, second-floor study mezzanine and private study rooms, giving these areas clearer shape and form.

The rooftop pool deck is taking shape, with surface preparation underway.

Work has also begun in the sauna, offering a first glimpse at the wellness spaces Rambler Tempe will bring to residents this fall.

With appliances installed, drywall complete in amenity spaces and exterior finishes continuing to go up, Rambler Tempe is steadily moving toward an on-time completion.

Over the next few weeks, you’ll see continued progress on amenities, lobby details and final appliance installs. And if you’re already counting down the days, here’s some good news: an early move-in option will be available starting July 24, 2026, giving future residents a chance to settle in before the school year begins.

We’ll keep bringing you behind the scenes as Rambler Tempe transitions from an active construction site to a fully livable space, ready to welcome its first residents this August.
