Positioned near popular spots like the Memorial Union and Hayden Library, as well as the dining and entertainment along Mill Avenue, Canvas Tempe ensures students can access ASU’s academic and social life.

This community is pet-friendly, with a one-time pet fee of $300 and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet (at the time of publication).
