Rambler Tempe Construction Update: February 2026

Rambler Tempe continues to take shape as construction progresses toward an on-schedule August 2026 opening. With significant updates happening across units, amenities and exterior finishes, February brings another clear step forward in the transformation of the building.

This month’s update covers:

Exterior

The front entrance is nearing completion, with brickwork and window installation now finished. As exterior detailing wraps up, Rambler Tempe’s street presence is becoming more defined and polished, offering a first glimpse of the experience residents will have from the moment they walk up.

Interior and Units

All flooring in units is now complete, and floors 5–8 are currently being finalized for punch inspections. Lighting is fully operational on multiple residential floors, bringing the spaces to life and allowing final detailing to move forward efficiently. Penthouse units are also seeing backsplash and pendant lighting installation, adding a refined, elevated finish to these top-floor homes.

Amenity Areas

Wellness Spaces

Rambler Tempe’s wellness amenities are taking shape in a big way. Tiles have been placed in the sauna and cold plunge areas, with window views beginning to frame the experience. The red light therapy room has also been framed and is part of the growing recovery suite residents will enjoy.

In the courtyard, tile placement is complete, turf installation is underway and barrel saunas will soon be added, creating an outdoor wellness retreat in the heart of the building.

Pool Decks

The 14th-floor pool deck continues to progress, with hot tub tile installation underway and views becoming more visible as work advances. The 5th-floor pool deck is also taking shape, creating multiple elevated outdoor spaces for residents to relax and gather.

Clubhouse & Daydreamer

The 5th-floor clubhouse is quickly transforming, with lighting turned on, upholstery completed and countertops installed. Bathrooms within the clubhouse are also nearing completion, bringing this social hub closer to its final form.

Daydreamer and the on-site bodega are progressing, along with the adjacent patio space creating a built-in coffee and convenience experience for residents.

Study & Fitness Areas

The study rooms and mezzanine are now receiving glass doors and painted accent walls, adding personality and warmth to these focused workspaces. Both the gym and study rooms have been fully painted, and the staircase framing in the fitness center is now in place. Water fountains are also being added throughout the common areas, and the parcel locker room is fully lit and nearing completion.

Lobby Updates

The lobby fireplace is now installed, anchoring the space as a central design feature. With drywall complete and finishes going in, the lobby is beginning to reflect the welcoming atmosphere residents will experience daily. Nearby, a dedicated package room will include secure lockers for resident deliveries.

With unit flooring complete, elevators running, major amenity work underway and exterior finishes nearing completion, Rambler Tempe is entering its final construction stretch. Over the coming weeks you’ll see continued work on wellness amenities, rooftop spaces and detailed interior finishes.

Early move-in remains available beginning July 24, 2026 giving future residents the opportunity to settle in before the fall semester begins.
