Rambler Tempe is entering its final stretch before move-in, and May has been one of the most transformative months yet. With units completed across every floor, amenity spaces crossing the finish line, and the building’s identity showing up in big ways including the Rambler Neon sign now lit up out front. This place is starting to feel like home. Move-in begins as early as July 24, and the energy on-site reflects just how close we are.

Exterior
The Rambler Neon sign has officially been installed out front, one of the most anticipated finishing touches on the building’s exterior and the moment it started looking like Rambler. Work on the front door and Daydreamer patio is still ongoing and not quite ready for its close-up, but that reveal is coming soon.
The Daydreamer patio is complete and ready to welcome residents and guests.
Lobby & Common Areas
The lobby and 2nd-floor study mezzanine are coming together in a big way this month. Permanent banquette seating and furniture pieces are being installed throughout both spaces, and the USPS mailroom Luxor lockers are fully in place. The elevator lobbies and lighting are now complete, with work shifting to the elevator interiors. Wood detailing in the stairwell between floors 1 and 2 continues to add warmth to the building’s main thoroughfares. Over in the study mezzanine, tiling, lighting, kitchen pieces and wallpaper in the study pods are all finished. These focused, cozy spaces are essentially ready for residents.
Daydreamer is also closing in on completion, with the barn door now installed and the space feeling more like the café residents have been anticipating since day one.

Amenity Areas
Courtyard — 5th Floor
The 5th floor is looking like the hangout spot it was designed to be. Both pools, the 5th floor and the 14th floor, are now filled with water. The pool fence on the 5th floor is being installed, landscaping is underway with planter boxes going in, string lights have been strung throughout the courtyard, and grills are installed and ready for use. The jumbotron is fully completed, giving future residents (and ASU fans) the perfect place to catch a game. Cabana framing and fans are also in place, rounding out the outdoor living experience.

Wellness Spaces
The sauna and cold plunge rooms are now complete, marking a major milestone for Rambler Tempe’s recovery suite. Amenity water fountains with surrounding tile are also installed throughout the building.

Rooftop Amenities — 14th & 15th Floors
The 14th floor is one of the most exciting areas on site right now. The gym is fully floored, mirrors are installed, lights are on and gym equipment is now in place, making this fitness center nearly ready to go. The clubroom is coming together as well, with flooring, cabinets and the fireplace all in place. On the pool and hot tub deck, turf and tiling are complete and the glass guardrail has been installed around the rooftop pool, making the space feel finished and polished. Both the 14th floor and 5th floor pools are now filled with water. Upstairs on the 15th floor, mirrors are installed in The Studio with reformers and equipment on the way.

Units & Corridors
Units are now complete across all floors and moving through punch walkthroughs throughout May for final sign-off. Inside every unit, residents will find two clothing racks in all closets and drawers installed under all bathroom vanities, small but thoughtful details that make a big difference in day to day living. Corridors throughout the building are fully finished with carpet, fresh paint and sconce lighting all in place, making every hallway feel move-in ready.
Floors 13 through 15 have received a full suite of elevated finishes. Freepower charging islands, blackout shades and marble kitchen and bathroom countertops are all installed throughout. On the 15th floor specifically, residents will find accent lighting strips under kitchen storage, upgraded bathroom tiling, a pink kitchen backsplash and warm brown pendant lighting, details that bring a refined, curated feel to the building’s top floors.

With the Rambler sign glowing out front, pools filled, amenities nearly complete, and units punched floor by floor, Rambler Tempe is in its final push toward opening. Early move-in is available starting July 24 — just in time to get settled before the fall semester begins.
