June marked one of the biggest milestones yet with the building receiving its Certificate of Occupancy, signaling that the finish line is officially in sight. Across the property, construction has shifted from building to refining as furniture fills amenity spaces, units are fully furnished and crews complete final walkthroughs ahead of residents’ arrival.

Exterior

The building’s identity is now unmistakable. Both the Rambler Neon sign at the front entrance and the vertical Rambler sign on the exterior are fully installed, two of the last major additions to the building’s façade. Together, they make Rambler feel like home from the moment you turn onto the block.

June was all about bringing the interior to life. Furniture installation began throughout the building’s amenity spaces, with the lobby, Daydreamer and Level 2 study mezzanine all receiving their permanent furnishings.

The grand staircase connecting the lobby and study mezzanine is now complete, creating a striking centerpiece as residents enter the building. The lobby fireplace has also been finished, while the USPS mailroom and Luxor package lockers are fully installed and ready for residents. Elevator lobbies and lighting are complete throughout the building.

Upstairs, the study mezzanine is taking its final shape with furniture, lighting, TVs and curtains all installed. The Record Room is also complete, adding another thoughtfully designed space for residents to enjoy. Monitors for the solo study pods and the community printer will be among the final additions before move-in.
