Rambler Tempe is officially entering its final chapter before move-in. June marked one of the biggest milestones yet with the building receiving its Certificate of Occupancy, signaling that the finish line is officially in sight. Across the property, construction has shifted from building to refining as furniture fills amenity spaces, units are fully furnished and crews complete final walkthroughs ahead of residents’ arrival.
